Quiet place. I felt like u was in Cheers, where everybody knows your name. At least the waitress did. Bacon and eggs were perfect. She had my plate on the table so quick, the hash browns were still steaming hot. Decent prices too.

Excellent service and great food at great prices. Always two great, caring, cheerful and thoughtful servers. You sit down, they are right there with the menu's and asking what you'd like to drink. For breakfast, I always order eggs and corned beef hash. They either make it themselves or they buy only the best and freshest corned beef hash. I've never had it anywhere else as good tasting as it is at the diner. They have a wide variety of items for breakfast and lunch. The place is always clean and neat and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great food at a great price.

This restaurant has my family's seal of approval. My very picky, vegetarian, 10 year old son likes this place and I cannot think of a harder to achieve honor for any restaurant. He likes the breakfast all day option, especially the French Toast. My other 3 kids (non vegetarian) can all find something to their tastes as well. They enjoy the salads with chicken.

Truly amazing! Great food, excellent service. Can be a little bit busy around dinner time but you still get your food fast and done correctly the first time.

I love an Old School Diner and this is it! Great corned beef hash. Go! I drove for miles to go here. So much better than ANY fast food joint! They are dying out--support them!

I would like to say that I come here very once in a while. But really I come here all the time. Good Food and Fun Service. The staff here make everyone feel like family. They even remember a previous order. I rarely even have to order. They just know what I want. Be sure to order a Happy Cowboy or Chicken Parm.

The Norwich Diner serves awesome breakfast food at a very reasonable price. The staff are great and no matter how busy the place is you want for nothing. Its an all around great dining experience.

Their BLT's had hard cooked bacon. Plenty of bacon just hard. Fries were good. Service was good. Prices were reasonable.

Very friendly, foods good and they treat you like family.

If you have a child who is going to be a good server, take them here on a Saturday morning and have them watch the organizational skills of Lori! And be sure to get some french toast.

Won’t go here again. Second unpleasant experience here. Asked for scrambled eggs with broccoli, peppers and-before I could finish server said we can’t do that cause it’s busy. You have to have omelet. I didn’t want omelette I would like it scrambled. Again was told I’m sorry we can’t do that cause there’s more than two items. It’s too much to scramble. I won’t have anything then. She said ok and asked what my husband would like. He said just coffee and she said ok and left the table. We left and found a better place. It’s called Bob’s Place and they are fabulous! Go to Bob’s instead.

I don't know why, but I loved the toast the most. The western omelette was fantastic. The home fries left something wanting but everything else was wonderful.

Went here once for breakfast shortly after they opened about 6 years ago probably and was served gross canned potatoes as home fries. Don't plan on going back

We found the diner by accident and were pleasantly surprised. We had the Reuben with corned beef and the Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Both came with fries, coleslaw, and pickle. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent and very timely. The lunch portion was very large so anticipate leftovers. We will visit again if in the area.

The food and service is very good. The dishes have a generous amount of food. I like the fact that you get complimentary juice and coffee! Not too many places do that. Good home cooked meals.
